We have a vast knowledge in multi-family and residential housing and development. We create success starting from marketing your property for lease, thoroughly screening all applicants, ensuring all payments are charged and received in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service during the resident's stay, and ensuring all maintenance is completed properly, timely and within budget. 

We can also supply property inspections upon request. These are generally done on an annual basis. 

 We are also available to project manage any large construction/maintenance project on your property as well. We will ensure your budget is followed and that all work is supervised from start to finish.

Who We Are

Shirley Aguilar is the owner and President of Operations for The Sure Solution Property Management and has been in real estate sales, leasing, marketing/training and supervision in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for years. She holds a bachelors of Art degree in communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She has also earned a Texas brokers license and has been an instructor in real estate industry for over 20 years. She is also a graduate of several national Leadership programs as well as the national Franklin Covey organizational program.

Shirley also served as COO for an advertising publication called The Apartment Map. In this position she was responsible for all aspects and staff of a full-color advertising publication with a distribution of over 300,000 books per month.
